Description
Rodolphe Le Meunier is an acclaimed cheese affineur, crowned Best Cheesemonger of France and World’s Best Cheesemonger at the International Caseus Awards in 2007.
Mimolette vieille’s pate is semi-hard, pressed and has a colour of orange due to natural colouring. It is hard and crumbly with a salty, perfumed taste.
SERVING SUGGESTION: An excellent cheese for the kitchen, on a savoury appetiser, in salads either grated or in cubes.
