Description
From the vineyards of Modena in northern Italy, comes Mr Organic’s sweet and tangy Balsamic Glaze. Made according to strict tradition, by blending wine vinegar and a selection of organic grapes, which have been matured over time in wooden casks. This helps to bring out the fruity depth of flavour, which can be used to garnish a variety of dishes. Try drizzling over a fresh tomato salad; grilled vegetables or swirling into soft vanilla ice cream. Buon Appetito!
Mr Organic started with a bespoke range of tomatoes, sauces and ketchups all produced in Pontinia, south of Rome. They now work closely with a host of farmers in the region who produce purely organic vegetables, fruits and grains which travel a very short journey before being processed. This means, beautiful Roman produce, picked and packed at the peak of its season, bottling up its freshness and vitality.
