A traditional Middle-Eastern dip, made from chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and olive oil. It has a creamy texture and a nutty, slightly tangy flavour that is both savoury and refreshing. Ours from Tahini Neri, Australia – a family business run by a lovely bloke from Egypt. We stock the classic version, chunky also is you prefer and…spicy, which we adore. Serve as a dip with pita bread or vegetables. Use as a base for your sandwiches / wraps. Enjoy with lamb or use in salads.
