Roots are sold as Sweet Kabu in produce markets, and are a part of the Oishii Nippon Project promoting the use of delicious traditional Japanese vegetables around the world. With delicate sweet flavor, Tokyo Silky Sweet is great for salads, roasting, pickling, and adding to soups.
