REDOSAN Hoof Bath HB200 – Solution for the prevention of lameness
HB200 is an antibiotic-free, formalin-free hoof care product. Its unique composition reduces the pH value in the hoof area to support a healthy environment. It cleans and cares for the skin in the hoof area and keeps it supple.

• Effective even at low temperatures
• Very animal-friendly, as it is virtually painless
• Reduces the pH value, thereby promoting a healthy environment
• Free from antibiotics
• Free from formalin and heavy metals
• Does not dry out the skin
• Can be used in hoof baths, milking robots and as a direct application with a pressure sprayer and with manual and automatic hoof mats.
• Available in 20 and 200 litres. 1000 litres on request

Direct spraying on the hooves:

• Spray a 10% solution directly onto the back of the hooves 1-2 times per week
• Hooves do not need to be washed beforehand
• Use a backpack sprayer or automatic nozzle sprayer
• Carry out treatment in the milking parlour or in the catch fence
• Spray the hooves carefully from behind

In the hoof bath:

• 5 to 10% solution depending on the severity of the hoof problems
• Once a week
• Ensure a recommended water depth of 12 to 15 cm
• Can be used for a maximum of 24 hours after dilution.
• Empty and clean the bath after all cows have passed through

Automatic hoof mat

• Solution of 5 to 10% depending on the severity of the hoof problems
• Treatment 1-2 times per week
• In conjunction with REDOSAN HB500

Manual hoof mats:

• 1-2 times per week
• Pour 30-40 litres of concentrated REDOSAN HB200 over the mat
• Do not dilute with water
• If there are more than 200 cows, add another 10 litres
• Continuously remove surface manure from the mat

Robotic sprayer:

• Spray undiluted directly onto the back of the hooves 2-3 times a week
